30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. What condition it has to be in depends on what it is.
Robots, docks, wet-dry and cordless vacuums
Return it within 30 days in its original packaging with all accessories, the dock, the power cord and the documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested — you are allowed to find out whether it suits your home. It must not be damaged, and it must be emptied, cleaned and dry: no debris in the bin or bag, no water in the tanks, mop pads and cloths rinsed.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee if returned in original clean condition with all accessories.
Parts and consumables
Dust bags, filters, brushes, mop cloths, pads and cleaning solution can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened, in their original sealed packaging. Once a bag has been fitted, a filter unwrapped or a bottle opened, it cannot be resold and cannot be returned — unless it arrived faulty or not as described, in which case we replace or refund it in full.
Wrong part for your robot
Every part lists the models its manufacturer states it fits. If you ordered a part that does not fit the robot you own, you can return it within 30 days as long as it is unopened. If you are unsure before ordering, email us the model name from the underside of your robot and we will check the listing against it.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace the item or refund you in full, including the original shipping cost, and we pay for the return.
How to start a return
Email support@modenhousehub.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions.
Return shipping for a change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. We email you when it is sent. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
