Roborock or iRobot? Decide on the specs, not the ads.

Every Roborock and Roomba robot with the manufacturer’s full specification on the page, a comparison tool where you pick the two models yourself, and the bags, filters and pads that keep them running.

Compare any two robots

Type a model name in each box. The table shows what each manufacturer states for it, row by row, and marks the rows where they differ.

Pick two robots above to compare them.

Every value is the manufacturer’s own published specification for that model; a row reads “not stated” where the manufacturer does not give a figure. Suction figures are not comparable across brands: Roborock states pascals, iRobot states a multiple of its 600 series or 105 robots.

Three things the spec sheet means

Auto-empty vs self-washing dock

An auto-empty dock sucks the robot’s bin into a bag so you empty it every month or two. A self-washing dock also rinses and dries the mop and refills the water tank. If you want to mop without touching the pads, you want the second kind — every listing’s Dock row says which it is.

LiDAR vs camera navigation

LiDAR builds the map by spinning a laser, so it works in the dark and maps fast. Cameras and structured light are what recognise objects on the floor — socks, cables, pet waste. Most current robots use LiDAR for the map and a camera or light sensor for obstacles; the spec sheet names both.

Spinning pads vs roller mop

Twin spinning pads press and rotate; a roller mop scrubs in one direction and is washed continuously by the dock. Neither is “better” — what matters is whether the mop lifts or is covered when the robot crosses a rug, which is the Mop lift row in the comparison.

Questions

Do the robots come with a manufacturer warranty?

Robots and vacuums carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. How it is honoured, and whether it depends on the unit being bought through an authorised channel, is set by the manufacturer — read their terms before you buy. We are not an authorised service centre and cannot carry out warranty repairs. Separately, anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not as described we replace or refund in full, and that is our own commitment. See our about page.

Auto-empty dock or self-washing dock — what is the difference?

An auto-empty dock pulls the robot’s bin into a sealed bag, so you empty it every month or two. A self-washing dock also washes and dries the mop and refills the water tank. Every robot page states which kind its dock is under Specifications, and the comparison has a Dock row.

Can I compare suction between Roborock and iRobot?

Not directly. Roborock publishes suction in pascals; iRobot publishes a multiple of its own earlier robots (“70× the 600 series”, “4× the 105”). We show each figure exactly as the manufacturer states it and do not convert one into the other, because there is no published way to do so.

Which parts fit my robot?

Every part lists the models its manufacturer states it fits, in the title and under Fits. Match that to the model name on the underside of your robot. Roborock parts are on the Roborock parts shelf and iRobot parts on the iRobot parts shelf.

Why is there no "was" price or discount badge?

Because we have never charged a higher price for these items. A crossed-out price is only honest if the shop actually sold at that price, so we show one price and leave it at that.

How long does delivery take?
